How do I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided when your shipment was booked. Visit our Track page and enter your KLP-XXXX-XXXXXX tracking number to get real-time updates.

What are the maximum weight and size limits?

Standard shipments can weigh up to 50kg. For larger or heavier items, please contact us for a custom quote. Maximum dimensions per package are 120cm × 80cm × 80cm.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by service: Same Day (Lagos/Abuja, order before 12pm), Express (24–48 hours), Overnight (next morning), Standard (3–5 business days).

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, all shipments include basic insurance. You can purchase additional coverage for high-value items during booking.

Can I reschedule a pickup?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time through your customer dashboard.

How does the wallet system work?

Your KOAF wallet allows you to pre-fund your account and pay for shipments instantly. You can top up via bank transfer, card, or USSD. Corporate accounts can set up automatic top-ups.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes! Corporate accounts come with a dedicated account manager, volume discounts, bulk CSV upload, and monthly consolidated invoicing. Learn more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wallet balance, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and USSD payments.

Can I send fragile items?

Yes. Please mark your shipment as fragile during booking. We'll ensure careful handling. Additional insurance for fragile items is recommended.

How do I become a driver?

Visit our Become a Driver page to apply. You'll need a valid driver's license, a roadworthy vehicle, and a guarantor.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact our support team immediately with your tracking number and photos of any damage. We'll investigate and process your insurance claim within 5–7 business days.

How do I file a complaint?

Log into your account and go to Support > Submit Complaint. Alternatively, call our support line or email support@koaflogisticspro.com.
